1. How does it work?
Joining MEAMA's loyalty program is very simple — your phone number automatically becomes your Loyalty account.
With every purchase you are credited with Cashback, which you can use:
• at MEAMA Collect locations
• at MEAMA franchise cafés
2. How is a status assigned?
Bronze status is given to customers whose total purchases are between 0 and 300 GEL — in this category every purchase earns 1% Cashback.
Silver status is activated when total purchases reach 300 to 1,000 GEL, and the customer receives 10% Cashback.
Gold status is for customers with total purchases over 1,000 GEL — at this level every purchase earns 20% Cashback.
The category changes automatically according to the customer's total purchases.
